Holiday Transaction Auto-Approval Issue Resolved in VMS Exchange

System-generated holiday transactions from the Bullhorn Holiday Schedule feature now auto-approve in VMS Exchange whenever the associated VMS file transactions are in an approved status. Previously, if a VMS file was first uploaded as pending approval and then re-uploaded as approved, the holiday transactions would fail to auto-approve.
